Chest: 20 (21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 28) inches
Length (Hem to Underarm): 5 (5.75, 6.5, 7.25, 7.75, 9, 10.75) inches

US 5 (3.75mm) and US 3 (3.25mm), or as required to meet gauge; 24-inch circular and DPNs in smaller size
