Butterfly Field Blanket
Butterfly Field Blanket
The Butterfly Field blanket transforms delicate, fluttering motifs into a warm and inviting piece for the home. Its blend of lace and elongated stitches creates the impression of wings scattered across a field, offering both texture and visual movement. Whether knit in solids, speckles, tonals, or variegated yarns, the pattern encourages playful color exploration and makes each project uniquely personal. Soft, cozy, and beautifully detailed, this blanket adds a touch of magic to any space.
Knit seamlessly from the bottom up, this blanket is ready to help you fly through your stash yarn. I used an advent kit from Canon Hand Dyes to make my Butterfly Field blanket. You can use mini skeins, full skeins, or scrap yarn to create a blanket that fits your home and your stash.
