It’s the time of year when my family goes apple picking, pumpkins grace our doorsteps, and the corn is harvested from the Indiana farms. It’s also the time of year when I start to harvest bits and bobs from my yarn stash, hoping to make something new for the coming cold. The Simple Harvest hat was designed to help you harvest the fingering weight yarn from your stash. This unisex pattern is easy to personalize, and fits sizes Baby-Adult Large. With a classic, sleek design, this hat is perfect for gift knitting this holiday season. It’s autumn! Time to harvest those mini skeins!

The Simple Harvest is worked seamlessly from the bottom up in the round. The earflaps are worked using short rows. The brim & earflaps are worked in ribbing while the body and crown are worked in broken ribbing.

SIZES
Baby (Toddler, Child, Adult S, Adult M, Adult L)

This hat is designed to fit with 1-2” / 2.5-5cm negative ease for the Baby, Toddler & Child sizes and 2-3” / 5-7.5cm negative ease for the Adult S, M & L sizes.
